Then you could not get my correct email address and till today the finance company through which I am paying the monthly installments still does not have it. Then I was told that my policy hold cancellation fees of 50 pounds - but in the documents you have on the website it says 40 pounds. All in all - horrible - and I wasted hours on the phone with you. I am looking to cancel the policy before the 14 days and go on with the cheaper offer from the other quote on money supermarket that indeed held true to their initial quotation - not like you.
