Had munch policy for 3 weeks explained when I was sorting out the first day of cover that my driving license was still in my old address and waiting for it to be updated the and the one I had in my previous address was stolen I was told this would be fine and a payment of nearly £200 was taken only to be told 3 weeks later that this is now not ok and my policy has been cancelled and I'm not receiving my money back. They have informed me that letters have been sent which I haven't received!cannot believe the total daylight robbery of this company it has only been 3 weeks and I cannot make the declared sort out my new license any faster than it has taken. No letters have been sent at all otherwise I would've sorted this out sooner had I known! The customer service is horrendous literally are not willing to help anyone and talk down to customers
