When I contacted the insurance company, they did everything they could to help me and make it a smooth process. The person dealing with my call had to discuss some things for my quote and was told he would phone me back. He emailed me to let me know that he could not reach me on my telephone and gave me a contact number to get back to him on. I was not left hanging on the phone and was not forgotten about. One of my many calls with the insurance group managed to disconnect, the insurance company phoned me back and I did not have to go through the connecting call part again. Very very helpful, reassuring and friendly to talk to on the phone. I would definitely recommend this company
