Bought an intermediate and the transaction failed!!! The sum was withdrawn from my balance, but the company didn't receive the payment. I was so upset and contacted customer support on the website. The manager got me asap and instructed me to request a payment search in my bank. Fortunately, it was a bank-side problem and the transaction was completed successfully.
