Hi, Yes I have been with you awhile. Every year when the account renews I try to sign in only to get advised incorrect password. Very frustrating as I save the password and know it's correct o go through the process of changing it. It's saved again until you tell me it incorrect, probably in February when my account renews. Anyway I love the product. I get great info and in a timely manner. As a suggestion " Livewire" has a feature where you can follow certain writers and I love that feature. It means you don't miss one of your favourites. Sorry about the whinge.
