Amazing customer service. Had a couple questions i fired through and received a phone call to answer them personally. My tent arrived within days and exceeded my expectations. We will definitely be getting tents for the kids through Intents Outdoors within the next few years, and will seriously consider buying any other gear we need that they have in stock as a result of their service.
