I recently ordered a Sea to Summit FlameII sleeping bag from Intents as their prices are very competitive. Their communications were also excellent, after I'd opted for courier delivery, I realised I could collect direct. I sent them an email and they were quickly able to pull my order from the delivery pile so I could collect instead. Great customer service!
