Len is awesome - I spoke with him on the phone before purchasing the MCX 2 Lightweight Hiking Tent. I was told there was no matching footprint, but that the closest fitting one was the Tracker 2 Groundsheet. Len then said if the groundsheet didn't fit, to give him a call back and he would be able to send another one out and do an exchange. All was a bit experimental at the time but the tent arrived a day in advance of an event (amazing work to your team). It rained 1 night at the event and I was warm and dry in the tent, no issues whatsoever. The MCX 2 is a really great sized tent as well. The only disappointing thing is the quality of the tent pegs - my 1 person tent is a Nemo Hornet so I was used to having a more solid tent peg set up, however I raised this with Len and he kindly sent me some more heavy duty pegs free of charge. You guys are awesome and highly recommended.
