When deciding on outdoor gear, I like to pick up the phone and chat with the experts & pick their brain. This is where this great Kiwi business stands out from what is a very crowded market. They took the time on the phone to walk me through my options (after listening and taking into account my height, budget, and intended use/s,) and explained the pros and cons of each option within the parameters mentioned above. This is where I struggled with the bigger companies; they just don't have the knowledge, insight or interest to 'sell' me their products. Unlike some of their direct competitors, you can also be confident that any sale prices advertised with Intents Outdoors are a true reflection of the full RRP (and not some made up "50% discount" in order to move old stock.)
