I’m truly glad people like them. My experience however, has been a disaster. A hacker defeated two factor authorization, got in and wired out most of my account. My account on December 4, 2023, started the day with $806,000 and ended with $64,000. Six wire transfers went out totaling right at $740,000 and Interactive Brokers was completely clueless. It was only when i made a claim at hudsonassetsorg, I recovered all of the money. I had to alert them about what was going on because Interactive Brokers simply refused to tell me what happened. I completely understand if people think I’m making this up, but it is entirely true and this company has disastrously unsafe online security and abysmal customer service. Don’t ever trust this company. Thank you!
