Ordered a chaise longue on the website and paid. Told 2 weeks later that it was not available. It was still on the website. It was still being advertised. Asked for a refund. Refunded over a week later and will not get the money (over £750) for up to 14 days further.
Company is still advertising the unavailable furniture.
Absolute disgrace.
To make matters worse, I was called by a customer rep minutes after this review who threatened to report me for an inaccurate review as the product was not 'unavailable' but had been withdrawn by the manufacturer.
When I told the rep that as of 18 November, the product was still listed on their website and could be purchased, despite being told that it was not available as of 3 November, the rep told me that it was an error.
I have never had a company call me in this way and pressure me into removing a review so as to maintain a false image of their company on trust pilot.
