Dealing with this company has been a negative experience from the start, and I still haven't received my order.
My order was made in August, and would be delivered at the start of November. The first thing that went wrong was that the payment was taken out twice due to a glitch in their website. I thought that this was unprofessional, but luckily at that time they did respond and refunded the money in a few days.
My later experience of trying to contact them has been horrible. In October I received a message that the order was in customs, ready to be dispatch once released, but nothing came. I contacted them at least 4 times in November, without any reply. Both calling them and emailing has been unsuccessful.
All I want is clarity about the delivery date, I don't mind a delay, but I do mind being left not knowing what is going on.
Another thing that really concerns me about this company is that they have been leaving fake reviews on a lot of sites, and getting reviews removed from trustpilot. If they spent that time on customer service, we wouldn't be leaving negative reviews in the first place.
