I ordered a light from interior addict on 18 January and was given a shipping date of 30th January .
One week later I received an e mail from their customer service dept saying they had made a mistake and did not have the item in stock. They said that re ordering from their supplier would take approximately 16 weeks.
Multiple attempts to cancel the order and request a refund have received no e mail response. I have tried many times to ring the number given for customer services and am generally told all the lines are busy. On the couple of occasions I have got through the phone is immediately disconnected.
I advise any potential customer to be aware of the sharp practise of this company...they have a significant amount of my money and I cannot get through to them.
