Mr Brennan McDonnell (my broker) took a complex and convoluted subject and simplified if for my understanding so that in a very short time I could choose a plan that was ideal for my situation. Their website is extremely user-friendly and easy to navigate, both for plan information and, more importantly, for cost comparison between plans. The plan I finally chose has excellent coverage and is reasonably priced. Overall this was the most painless effort I have made to do business of any kind over the phone. VT.
