Dejan is the broker I worked with, and he was absolutely wonderful. I was skeptical at first using International Citizens Insurance because of the stereotype associated with insurance brokers, but Dejan was extremely informative, patient, and helpful in walking me through all the details and breaking down the complexity of the insurance options and terms. Unlike some other companies that I chatted with, he did not come off as sales-y, rather came with recommendations that were aligned with my budget and needs. I have not needed to file a claim yet with my chosen insurance plan, but so far I'm really impressed with the level of service that Dejan has provided.
