Carolina Olivera, who was the International Citizens Insurance representative who assisted me is a treasure and an asset to this organization. During a stressful time (getting ready to move out of country), Carolina was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient, and above all, kind. She did not act like most monotone, disinterested, could-care-less customer service agents. She treated me like a friend. I didn't know that customer service could still be like this. She was responsive to my calls and emails. She offered solutions and suggestions for issues that arose during my search for the right policy and was genuinely supportive. She made me feel like we were a team searching for the best possible outcomes for my health insurance needs. Because of my experience with Carolina, I would recommend this organization to everyone.
