I've been working with a couple associates of International Citizens Insurance and they were all very good at what they do. It was easier to work with Carolina Olivera as she was in my time zone. I can't say enough good things about her service. She was always quick to respond with any questions I had, and their were many. She was very patient as it took me awhile to decide on an insurance. She didn't come across as an over zealous seller of insurance either. I like that. She went above and beyond to accomidate my daughter and her families insurance needs. I highly recommend her for customer service.
