After initially perusing International Drug Mart's website, I logged off to take some notes before my next visit to their website. Within minutes I received a text from Tom, one of IDM's customer service representatives. Tom noticed I had visited IDM's website and asked if he could be of service to me. He began by describing IDM's products and the services they offered. Tom's extremely profesisional manner and style was indicative of his sincere desire to help his customers and the pride he takes in his position at IDM. I commend IDM for hiring a man of Tom's caliber. Tom has set the bar high, and he should be used as an example for other customer service representatives at IDM. Tom kept me apprised at every step of my order. I have never dealt with a company whose customer service representatives kept in contact with them until they received their order. I look forward to doing business with Tom at IDM for many years to come.
