Ordered a couple of LED bulbs, email confirmation was prompt. Dispatched same day and arrived on the next day (Saturday). Packaging was good and also had a request to contact them if anything was not to my complete satisfaction. Goods were received in excellent condition and every indication is that the company is making a genuine effort with customer service.
