This was the first time I have ordered from International LEDS. I was looking for a particular LED lamp to match an existing lighting set. International LEDS appeared to have the item in stock. I thought I would phone them to confirm this. I quickly got through to a sales representative who actually told me the item was not in stock and was discontinued by the manufacturer. He did however discuss my requirement with me and said he would see if he could source a replacement bulb for me and phone me back. This he did later in the same day. He was able to offer a suitable alternative which I duly ordered. In fact I ordered several to get free delivery. The order arrived promptly and was well packaged. I am also very happy with the product provided. The only reason I am not giving a 'Very Good' rating is that the website showed the original product I wanted was in stock when it wasn't. I ordered a floodlight at the same time which again was supposed to be in stock but wasn't. I am still waiting for this item. International LEDS either need to remove the 'In stock' indication from their website or update their site regularly to correctly indicate in stock items. I was however particularly impressed by the knowledge and helpfulness of the sales representative so would be happy to use the company again. I will be ringing up though to check their actual stock levels before ordering!
