I telephoned just to check the progress of an order for an LED porch light as I had an electrician booked for a couple of days later. Matt the sales manager confirmed that my light had just arrived and he would send it by courier instead of normal mail. This was excellent service as the light arrived the next day and a day before the electrician arrived. All in all a first class service and I will certainly be repeating my business.
