Excellent customer service. I have a problem with the candle bulbs being too long (120mm instead of 110mm) for my bedside lamps. Contacted customer service who were very quick in sending me alternative bulbs plus 2 extra. They didn't wait the old bulbs to be returned which was not a requirement. Also they updated their website with the correct bulb dimensions. Very good and understanding.
