I ordered an 838mm led under cupboard light which was very well packaged but unfortunately suffered damage in transit by the carrier. On receipt of the item I contacted customer services(sending a photo). They arranged to send a replacement. They efficiently linked up the replacement with the rest of the order that was to be sent at a later time. The installed led is far superior to the old fluorescent light that it replaced, being a brighter, whiter light. Great!
