Received an email a couple of days after my order explaining that my particular order of bulbs were not available and so gave me some options of the bulbs that were available. Telephoned and spoke to a very helpful person who confirmed he would look at the type of bulb I was after and what it was being used for. He said he would email back with all the available options, which he did and also confirmed that they would honour the price that was quoted for the bulbs I had originally requested, even though the new ones were almost twice as much. Would definitely use them again.
