The order was placed on 16 Jan and has still not arrived (24 Jan). I got an email saying that “their stock levels do not link to their website”, but nothing since. What makes it worse is that there was a fairly steep postage charge for “next day delivery”.
I have pretty much written the order off. If you care about getting what you order, I suggest calling to check that the item is in stock.
