I subscribed to their Albatross Membership, but they automatically place an auto-renewal payment and there is no way to opt out. A few months later I tried to cancel by sending them a message but they don't reply. No matter what they claim you can't cancel the membership once you signed up, They are an unethical company scamming people, stay away!
