I ordered a notebook for my teenage grandson but the item I received was a child's lunch box. I rang to complain and was told to keep the item I had been sent ( I refused to pay return postage as the error was not mine). I was told the item I had ordered would be sent out that same day. Later that day I received a call from this company telling me the item was out of stock and that they wouldn't be receiving any more. I should have been told this when I placed the original order. To date I am still waiting for a refund.
