Dear Sir
I waited patiently for the item which delivery I cannot fault however, I opened the box to find it empty. Don't get me wrong, it was not completely empty, the gold bag for the item was there the little black draw string purse was there but the item an 18ct gold chain was not.
Very very disappointed
