The gwntleman from a store i ordered from went above and beyond to put the product on his website, as it wasnt online and was spotted in his shop, so i could order it as i live too far away to get it. Kept me updated when it was posted. I ordered another item which hasn't shown up yet and the gentleman has been in contact on the status of the missing parcel. Great service
