The Disney Traditions are fantastic but the service was lacking. I got intouch via email and facebook to find out why the items hadn't arrived. It was 7 working days after receiving the dispatch notice before the parcel arrived. I contacted customer services on the fifth day to see if there was a problem. A simple email to say it was sent on this date and I'll chase it up with the courier would have made me feel alot happier. When I contacted you via facebook because I hadn't heard anything I had to wait nearly a week which was days after the package had arrived. Not very professional.
