I do think the goods you offer are lovely, but unfortunately I can't comment positively at the moment as my gift still hasn't arrived. I know it is a very busy time but £3.50 should be enough for a mug to arrive in 5 days. I did receive an initial email saying I would get another email once dispatched, but I've not received that. I have now seen that my address details are the same as my work address, where I asked the gift to be delivered to - so perhaps this is the problem? Unfortunately I had wanted the gift for today as tonight we are giving our Secret Santa presents to each other. Therefore, if still not out for delivery yet, I would prefer to cancel my order.
