Very disappointed with this website, ordered my item on December 3rd allowing plenty of time for item to arrive as I need to post it on to a friend before Christmas. Item took until December 15th to get here. No email to tell me the item will be delayed, or even a tracking number. Website has no company phone number, and the only way to contact them is via email, which took them over 24 hours to get back to me on. Tried tweeting them numerous times but no response. Used Internet Gift Store as the reviews on this website were very good, don't be fooled though.
