Ordered some flowers, they weren`t delivered neither on the chosen date neither later. After several emails they admitted there was a problem and they will send them again the following week. Still the flowers weren`t delivered, addressing the problem again they said I was wrong and the flowers were delivered successfully although they weren`t received by my friend.
