I wish I would have read all this reviews before I placed my order. I paid for a bouquet of flowers to be sent to my mother at Mother’s Day and at the end of the day they say in a very rude email flowers will not be deliver due to logistic issue. When I tried to ask what issue and to speak to the manager they sent me very poor emails not even apologizing or offering compensation. … they said they would send the flowers the next day … I am convinced now they are a scam after reading the other reviews … there is some contact details in USA and Sharjah in UAE … it is worth to investigate further and report to the authorities … I know now I won’t see a cent back … but the fact that they lied saying in a confirmation email flowers would be deliver on time and their lack of profesionalism and customer centre follow up is the biggest ofence here . Do not use this fake company under any circunstances
