Deeply disappointing delivery. I ordered a bouquet for a dear friend who lost her young partner to cancer. The arrangement I ordered looked nothing like the online photo. Just stems thrown in a cheap vase with no greenery or arrangement. I paid 110 euro. I complained and they said they will issue a token 20 euro refund which does not compensate for such an offensive delivery. Have NEVER had this happen with another floral business. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS
