Had lovely email conversation with James Giffen (Customer Services Advisor) who kindly helped me when I sent my parcel to the wrong location (sudden panic then set in). He quickly sorted this for me and informed me every step of the way of what he was doing etc. Couldn't have asked for anyone better to help with this.
