Garbage service. After sending 4 packages which weighed a kilo or less through Interparcel using Hermes I suddenly get four threatening e mails from Interparcel claiming the items weighed 3 to 5 kilos! If I don't pay they will take me to court for the price of a coffee. Severely disputing their claims. Asked for proof and they tried to fob me off with Trading Standards calibrating the weigh machines etc etc but quite frankly I think a massive fraud is being pulled here. I'm not going to pay. Take me to court. I will not be bullied on a scam like this. Will never use Interparcel again and have advised customers and family not to and outlined why.
