This was the first time I have used Interparcel.com, having previously used either parcelforce or myHermes. Due to the weight of this parcel (27kg) I wanted a cost effective, but reliable courier service but could not find one until you site came up on a Google search. I couldn't believe the prices you were offering and using known carriers. I did do some further shopping around, but found your site gave me the best price and most importantly the best information for me to decide the price that gave me the best delivery time and insurance for the parcel. I did pay the extra 20p for text on delivery service, well worth it but I needn't have bothered...(see below) Collection was well within the time frame and 12hrs later it had safely arrived at its destination. I had the text I had paid for, but then completely unexpected I also have a pleasant and professional email confirmation from Rachael Smith, one of your customer services advisors, which was a fantastic extra touch, thank you.
