I like the ease of Interparcel and being able to choose from the many options offered by many couriers. The pre pay facility is great for getting orders through in a hurry as there is no need to add payment details.
The support is also great - requested an address change last minute and the replacement shipping label was sent straight through (didn't get the lady's name). I've also received a very speedy customer service response email from James Geffen - all round, very impressed.
