I have sent a parcel via UPS. Customer claim they never received. I did contact your customers service and receiver great support from Josie Smith. She keeps me updated all the time and answer my questions very promptly. She also contacted courier and after investigation I have been confirmed that parcel has bee delivered. 5 Star service. THANK YOU
