After the tracking information was seemingly not working on a booked package, I asked for help on the live chat service. Sabina Lengyelova answered and was quick to investigate the situation.
It was discovered that I had somehow been sent two labels for one package and the information had crossed over somehow. Sabina followed this up politely and efficiently even though I accidentally cut her off abruptly on the live chat service, apologies for that.
Overall helpful service and the situation was investigates and resolved quickly.
