Interparcel's customer service has improved beyond recognition in recent times and is now streets ahead of anything offered by competitors such as P*****2**. Contact information is easy to find and I've found I get through quickly by phone or using their chat facility. Amazing. I have switched allegiance and will stick to Interparcel from now on, even if they sometimes cost a little more.
