Soem issues have been experienced with your integration with DX Group so that I have booked collections and DX claim they did not get notified. This has caused problems for me but on every occasion that I have had problems I have had great customer care. Prompt and professional.
James Griffin has been particulary good and I have always been impressed with his prompt service and professionlism.
