My most recent orders with Interparcel have been spot on. No problems with collection or delivery and goods have arrived in perfect condition.
I tried to query something using the instant chat feature on the website but it seemed not to be working. However my email was picked up quickly and the issue resolved with no trouble. Very good service.
James Giffen sent me an email to confirm todays delivery was successful which was a nice touch.
