The service Interparcel offer is excellent. Issues very rarely occur, both in the service and the delivery of the goods themselves, and on the occasions that they do, the staff on hand to resolve it very quickly. In particular, yesterday Kayleigh West emailed me to inform us of a change in the service, but the email was very prompt and clearly detailed the changes, and it was all taken care of by the time the email was received. Preemptive resolutions like this are always well received.
