I have used interparcel quite a few times, however on the occasion that I decide to join and make an account, something goes wrong,
I got in touch and very quickly and email was sent saying that they would look into, I was then emailed by James Giffen who asked for particulars of the parcel, he then within a day got back in touch to say that it had been found and dispatched, very quickly and my daughter has received it.
All in all a very positive outcome and handled very promptly.
