Been using interparcel for many years now, I have never had any issues with deliveries with domestic or worldwide and the only time I did have a need to contact customer services (due to some unfortunate import duty issues) Rebecca Pulling (customer services) was superb throughout the process of getting it through customs.
I have recommended Interparcel many times and still do.
