Interparcel always provide a wide range of delivery options. Today was the first time i had to cancel a delivery - a parcel was to be collected from a customer and returned to us, but the customer changed their mind. I had an online chat with James G who was extremely helpful and cancelled the order and refunded our account immediately. No fuss, minimum effort from me - one less thing to worry about!!!
