Interparcel's service has always been good and I have never had a reason to complain. Last weekend I made a mistake whilst booking and used the wrong delivery address. It was late at night so I sent an email to customer services explaining. As soon as Live Chat was available the following morning I spoke to Simona. She quickly checked my booking, requested the correct address and sent me new emails via email. Quick, competent and polite. Shortly after I received an email from Rachael confirming that she had seen my email and on checking realised that the address had been amended. Another operator who was quick, competent and polite. I think Interparcel should advise our energy companies about Customer service.
