I've used Interparcel to send a number of book packages internationally with great success. When there are problems, staff are always helpful by email, most recently James Giffen.
One great improvement that I would like to see implemented, is the ability to include the recipient's email so that they can receive tracking information and be contacted directly when there is a problem.
